Description

Measure at 8, 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60 degrees, or at any angle from 30 degrees to 80 degrees, with Thermo Scientific™ Evolution™ Specular Reflectance Accessories.

This suite of accessories is useful for measuring film thickness and reflectance properties from coatings on metallic, glass, and silicon substrates. The accessory includes an alignment mirror that can also be used for baseline measurements.

Evolution 200/300 Solid Sample Holder accommodates multiple slide holders, allowing optical elements to be inserted either before or after the Fixed-Angle Specular Reflectance accessory to begin your measurements.
