  • pIZT/V5-His expresses a fusion of the green fluorescent protein and the Zeocin resistanc protein (Zeo-GFP): The Zeo-GFP fusion protein permits rapid selection of stably transfected cell lines with Zeocin and confers a fluorescent phenotype that simplifies identification of transfected cells
