- GeneBLAzer™ GIPR-CRE-bla HEK 293T cells contain the human Gastric Inhibitory Peptide Receptor (GIPR), stably integrated into the CellSensor™ CRE-bla HEK 293T cell line. CellSensor™ CRE-bla HEK 293T cells (Cat. no. K1535)) contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of the CRE Response Element. The GeneBLAzer™ GIPR-CRE-bla HEK 293T cells are functionally validated for Z’-factor and EC50 concentrations of Gastric Inhibitory Peptide (GIP). In addition, GeneBLAzer™ GIPR-CRE-bla HEK 293T cells have been tested for assay performance under variable conditions.
