The adapters enable rotor to accept bottles up to 250mL and tubes to 100mL.

Maximum adapter capacity: 4 × 250mL (4 × 400mL with 400mL polypropylene bio-bottles)
Maximum adapter O.D. × L: 62 × 125mm (80 × 125mm with 400mL bio-bottles)
