Powerful, gentle and turbo fast - these three words describe the Memmert vacuum oven VO.

  • Model sizes: 29, 49, 101
  • Temperature adjustment range: +20°C to +200°C
  • Vacuum adjustment ranges: 5 to 1100 mbar
  • 1 model variant: TwinDISPLAY (intuitive control)
  • AtmoCONTROL software on a USB stick for programming, managing and transferring programmes via Ethernet interface or USB port
  • Digital electronic pressure control for a speed-controlled vacuum pump
  • Multi-Level-Heating & Sensing: intelligent direct heating via individually placeable thermoshelves with separate sensors guarantees short heating and process times
  • Thanks to the direct contact between the heating and the load, there is practically
    no heat loss, each thermoshelf can be controlled and calibrated separately
  • Control circuits react precisely to different loads or humidity and maintain a constant set temperature during vacuum drying
  • Adjustable parameters: temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit), vacuum, programme time, time zones
  • Enormous energy saving due to stepless adjustable vacuum pump

In combination with the speed-controlled, chemically resistant vacuum pump, the VO series saves around 70% energy in ramp operation compared to an uncontrolled pump. The ultimate vacuum of up to 2 mbar enables a wide range of applications, and thanks to demand-oriented pump control and thus optimised flushing processes, the diaphragms have a significantly increased service life.
